It is very complex people like to shout gotcha points at eachother about the Soviet/nazi relationship because they donโ€™t understand history.

Its really not that complicated? Of the 2 murderous dictator both wanted to stab the other in the back and conquer all they have; only one wanted to stall the other for a few years while the other wanted a decade (maybe, probably largely dependent on developments)!
