In the US, you're supposed to have a social studies class where they go through every part of the constitution and local laws/state constitutions to explain what it all means. So you'll get a lesson on how the 1st. Ammendment protects you from the government, but not private organizations. Or how judicial appeals work, the difference between a criminal case and a civil one, or how to go through small claims court.

A lot of it ends up being nonsense because the ghouls in charge of Amerikkka do whatever the fuck they want while terrorizing the rest of us.

Right? You can see from how often Trump does something, and the liberals say, "But that's against the rules!" But then the Republicans do it anyway. Hell, the Supreme Court just ruled that the President can basically do anything. Another court ruled that Trump has to pause his ICE raids in California and yet they just did a bunch Friday anyway.

The rules only matter because the liberals think they matter. Republicans on the other hand, Trump's fascist ilk especially, care about power and are working to gather more and more of it.
