Can you boycott visa/mastercard when paying at steam or do most methods just end up using them anyway?
Run the payment through PayPal direct to your bank account.
Alternatively, you could add the funds directly to your steam wallet using your regular card and say "Fuck you, you can't even stop me!" to them.
But then you support PayPal.
I’ve wondered if a good boycott method would be starting a different credit card - IF any of them have made statements about foregoing censorship. But I could be corrected if it turns out others like Discover end up going through V/MC systems somehow.
