Homemade Sriracha Recipe from image:

2 cups Thai peppers

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup white vinegar

3 garlic cloves

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp salt

Sriracha Panich brand is supposedly the original and it tastes like bad ketchup. Huy Fong does it right.
