Sorry about that. I don't know enough about the perspective/experience of women.
I think it's not framing it as a joke on how dudes become reactionaries at the drop of a hat, but I'll give it to you that it could describe women in more depth.

In Australia at least women report about the same if not higher levels of lonliness than men. Never hear about it though. Yay patriarchy.

TBF it’s not just a “you” thing, it’s a problematic framing in the larger cultural/media landscape. Even most feminist spaces treat having a feminine friend circle as the default for women, and often have trouble acknowledging the problems women have forming relationships or that toxicity can exist in intra-feminine relationships.
I wanted you mention that I have met a few women in my life who felt very ostracised in women's spaces. Usually because they're a bit different.
Again, I don't pretend to have much insight into this.
