That damn Cheeto chimp better be in jail and disqualified. Pure insanity.
He's going to run from jail on the hope he can pardon himself. Guaranteed. (If he even sees jail, which he likely won't because of the requirement for SS protection)
Being in jail does not disqualify him, unfortunately. Only an impeachment would do that, and Republicans would stand fast against that.
