No it wasn't. She's the CPO, Chief People Officer. Basically head of HR. Where did you get the idea she was a secretary?

Some of those women secretaries have both MBAs and JDs and are running the business while the c suite farts around all day.

The person who takes the minutes of the meetings controls the direction of the organization.
