If I was any of these countries that received these so called letters, I’d just not reply. At all.

Time to start ignoring America.

I have been saying this since the fucking "liberation day". The more you give in to a bully, the more he will continue to ask of you. If you give your lunch money today, he will ask for it again, tomorrow.
