tl;dr: Argentina wasn't necessarily as, if not more reactionary, genocidal, and racist than U.S.A or any other settler-colonial nation, against Indigenous and African people, historically speaking

after all, "you can't divide and rule when you've never been really able to {incentivize them} in the first place"
