I'm reminded of the saying, you can't reason someone out of a position that they didn't arrive at by reason. You are under threat from the MAGA regime, but you may not be aware of it until you or someone close to you is directly harmed. Others of us can see what's here and what's ahead. May you go unscathed for as long as possible

Thank you, I hope you can too. Affordability is a concern for me, so I went back to school to transition to a more future-proof career. If you're concerned about affordability, there might be some more helpful things you can try than MAGA-brigading on Lemmy. I'd only checked your post history now, and I can see you have an extensive history of this. Wishing you well, my friend, life is short so I'm going to choose to spend more time interacting with other people on Lemmy. I encourage you to try to get fewer downvotes; try to connect with people. Show them who you are, what you like - beside the MAGA rhetoric, which I don't think is really you
