- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

Lying on an official document? Straight to jail.
Didn't actually have any accounts? Believe it or not, straight to jail.
It doesn't matter anyway, there is no rule of law in the united states. You might as well lie, they will likely jail you no matter what you write on that document.
