I would imagine he was expecting this. Gives him clout in the race
Clout is useful when being on social media.
As far as protecting yourself from Nazis?
Makes you a target.
He's out already. It's a good way to draw attention to yourself and show you're going to stand up to Trump. I don't see Cuomo doing this.
