I always love reading about friendships that cross party lines, like Michelle and Dubya or Joe Biden and John McCain. It's a reminder that most people aren't complete partisans

This is why liberals are so impotent against Trump because ultimately they don’t want to destroy him, they want to be friends with him. They want him to have an about face, come to Jesus moment and starts having steak dinners with Schumer and Jeffries.
