Dems really love " l e a d e r s h i p " too. The concept is a thought terminating cliché for them. Libs poke fun at Trump endlessly when he says stuff like "straight out of central casting". But Newsom is exactly that for libs. He's Obama 2.0. For them he looks the part of a leader with strong leadership skills who knows how to lead.
I bet if I looked at articles from 2009 just months into Obama's presidency I could find articles applauding his leadership ability even though he hadn't even done anything yet.
If you do you're made of braver stuff than I. I think I'd rather make out with the motorized end of a weed whacker than revisit the halcyon liberal media of 2009
I willingly went into the crucible. His light - Saint Obama - hath shined upon me instantly.
Obama leadership after:2009-02-01 before:2010-01-01
My top result is when Obama had been president for ~8 months.
I planned to read some articles now before bedtime but those lib numbers are so insane and funny - I'm done tonight. Maybe I'll look tomorrow for actual stuff to read.
Damn that's some grade A bullshit right there. Is there a word for like an un-nostalgia? Like you see this shit and go "oh yes those days" and you hate everything about it.
