Tactical Barbell Grey Man w3d3
Bench press 4 x 4 @ 205lbs
Zercher squat 3 x 4 @ 240lbs
Dip 4 x 8 @ 210 bw + 45lbs
Incline dumbbell bench 4 x 8 @ 50lbs
Pull up 4 x 8 @ 210lbs bw
I think this may be my last week with zerchers for a while, I picked up a safety squad bar and I'm excited to try it out
