The blame lies with the shooter but you could avoid it if that was your goal. Isn't that just the point again though? Expressing suicidal thoughts is literally reaching out for help while being fully aware of the risk. If we accept those who impose that risk then we stigmatize reaching out for help. If we tell women to dress differently to avoid the risk we tell them the creeps are valid. Thats not what Im saying at all and I dont think my comment made it sound like that. Im 100% convinced that predators are at fault and should be the ones being punished. Maybe my comment was unclear, Im not a native speaker. So the talking points you're making, at least in form and not intent, parallel arguments from evangelicals and other extreme right or fascist types. After talking I know you didn't intend anything close to those viewpoints.
