Yeah, that didn't work out so well for that one lady after she was caught doing this by the FBI and thrown in prison for a couple of decades for aiding a foreign enemy in espionage and money trafficking (or something like that).

That’s interesting. I wouldn’t had thought it’d go that far, but I guess it’s always a rabbit hole with scams.

They were scamming companies by making them believe they were hiring American-based workers.
How much were they paying tho? I can easily see someone doing this for 2 laptops.
