When determining Russia’s position, one mustn’t rely on the things Russia has consistently said publicly for the past 40 years, because that would be Russian propaganda. Instead, we must rely on the divination of anonymous Western sources that don’t live there or speak the language about how the unique cranial ridges on the Slavic brain pan reveal an innate lust for duplicity and authoritarianism.
