It was a little cool down at the beach today. A jumper and slicker was not enough.
There was a pair of masked lapwings and that swan followed me until I left the area.
I found a squishy glitter fish fishing lure and a bunch of fishing line which I picked up and threw in the rubbish

Bit too cold for a dip right now⦠but maybe nice for some fish and chips or a thermos with a hot drink
it's dark here now, darker than in the city.
sometimes I bring a torch down to the beach and walk in the dark πΈπ
I wonder if binoculars are enough to look at the stars
I don't know, I should get some anyway as there are so many interesting things to see at the beach. πΈ
I've got some cheap ones and they're ok for seeing stars in a basic way but you can't see like Saturn's rings or anything. Worth it to see the moon when full, looks awesome!
