I've gotten myself into the habit of going to bed after 1. Even when I try to go to bed earlier I find myself faffing about and staying up until then. I need to try force myself to go to bed earlier and break the cycle

Try going to bed at 12:45. Don't look at the time once you are in bed. Do this until your body gets use to the new time table. Repeat.

Thanks. That's the way to do it. Go to bed a little earlier and get used to that. I've been thinking I should just try lay down at 11
