Yesterday I had a flu shot and a physio appointment and I felt fine. Today, I ache all over.
This year's flu jab knocked me around the two days post injection.
Good news is that it works really well (at least for me). Already know a few people I came into contact with, are down with the flu, whereas I'm dealing with mild sniffles.
