My wife (of nearly 10 years) has finally accepted the leg bouncing. There's also slapping my thighs with both hands, which sets off the dog. There's also touching my fingertips in sequence with my thumbs.

I have a few more that I do when I'm super over-stimulated and am able to escape into a bathroom or closet.
