Pff. If they pay me 100m to get one, i'd take the money, buy the car, and sell the car for part. It's made of stainless steel, people, that gonna worth some money in the scrapyard.

For 100m you probably could just build a new chassis around it that doesn't look like a 5 year old drew it

That would cost more and it's much more sensible to buy a car sized for human.
