What's everyone eating today?

Tried out smash burgers for the first time and they were a hit. These ones were chicken. I was pleasantly surprised how well the mince stuck to the tortillas, I was expecting a bit of a pain in the ass.

So do you just smush a tortilla on some mince on the BBQ the add stuff?

We pre smashed. Mix up the mince with whatever seasoning you want, then smear it onto the tortilla and work it in decently. We stacked them on a tray layered with baking paper. Then on the barbie we did them meat side down first and another light smoosh before flipping.
