Hey Lady Butterfly! Yeah I have been vegan for almost 3 years, I really do like falafel wraps and hummus & crackers. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the topic.

I'm happy you're considering on being flexitarian as it's a good first step for the health and environment.

It really is. I've been veggie for about 9 years, I have soy milk as well
