First day of Erin Patterson's Trial has been pretty wild - including her potentially faking cancer?!
And saying she didn't have a food dehydrator when she'd been showing pics of it on Facebook and talking about how she used it to dry mushrooms.
And her phone ping in locations that deathcaps grow, but she says she doesn’t forage for mushrooms. And she served her own meal to herself on a different coloured plate to the others. So many coincidences!
True! My colleagues and I are obsessed with this case.
Same here. I cannot wait to hear what her defence comes out with. She gave the police the wrong phone!

It's so crazy! Yes, innocent until proven guilty and really only has to have a morsel of doubt in there, but this is just so bizarre to hear. The whole story gets more and more insane. Not wanting her kids to be tested/treated because she didn't want them to be worried, but saying they ate the leftovers?! I'm so interested to hear what the defence will say.
