From what I know, China only has one thorium based reactor production right now.

They have a batch reactor in northwest China and are building one in the Gobi desert IIRC. They plan to make a cargo ship powered by one as well.

I think once they work out the kinks in the tech, we'll see an explosion of thorium powered stuff in China as we saw with solar energy. China also has massive domestic reserves of thorium meaning they'd be entirely energy independent at that point.
