In ABA facilities, water is a privilege that you need to work for by enduring emotional abuse without reacting to it at all for five days. If you're good then you can have water on Friday afternoon only. Otherwise if you don't have a drink with your lunch or breakfast then you'll just need to get over it.

If you're labeled as autistic in a regular school, your mileage may vary. You might be allowed to have water, or all the school staff will be scared of your hyperfixation on drinking water. Regardless, carrying a water bottle will be seen as luxury status you don't deserve, and proof you get free money from the government which is unfair to everyone else. So you'll most likely get bullied by the staff, and never defended if a student hurts you, because you have a water bottle.

Just eradicate that fake shit already. A disorder that can vary that much is counterproductive. Children who could have grown are not educated and grow stunted, and those who actually couldn't have are abused by everyone in their lives because they think the disabled child is faking. I've watched people deteriorate and also die. For what? We literally still have eugenics like the Nazis, just slower and more painful. If you really care for disability rights, and also transgender rights, you believe that the disabled deserve labels that have a actual definitions and actual treatments outside of constant experimenting like they're lab rats.

Oh, and why did I mention trans people? Because any trans person in those facilities are forced to be their birth gender, and they're told to get over it. Everyone believes that stupid fakeass disorder is why the person thinks they're another gender, and not because they literally have gender dysphoria, an actual condition with an actual proven treatment.
