Impeach and Remove. See, I've learned impeachment is toothless without that second bit, have to be very specific with expectations.

It's kind of like a trial. He was accused and tried twice, but not convicted. I'd say be sure of your case before you try a third, or you just look like a shitty ambulance chaser lawyer who will try anything.
