Pretty sure the Trump administration beat them to it.

That sort of thing sounds good, but in the end it's going to be a bunch of poorly paid civil servants cleaning up the mess. All you'd do is give Trump an excuse to call for more cops.

they won’t let you over the fence onto the lawn… i went there years ago and was just looking at the fence funny and secret service appeared out of the bushes and said “hey! come here!”
(i was thinking about how short the fence seemed in person)

i made an apologetic gesture and walked away….

so, if anything you’d have to save up some projectile diarrhea and try to spray it through the fence but i’m pretty sure a sniper would shoot you before you pulled your pants back up…
