The UK has "gender recognition certificates" that are only held by about 1% of trans people iirc. They're notoriously hard to acquire even if you've medically transitioned, and aren't that useful beyond changing your gender on documents like passports I think

I'm pretty sure this ruling totally overrules GRCs or at least doesn't mention them. Even for those with a cert you're still affected.
