Different shapes taste different, it is Science
underwater is correct
different shapes bikkies cook differently because temp differences between edges and middle or corners
also different shape glasses make drinks taste different because they have different rates of nucleation of CO bubbles
and different shape pasta hold different amounts of sauce per gm, thus tasting differently
I admit defeat to science. Actually it makes perfect sense.
