A nice juicy bit of panfried salmon (skin on) served with roasted broccolini in a lemon dressing and some steamed kipfler potatoes (halved) in herb and garlic butter.
And a sophisticated bottle of chili oil.

I regret to say the sophisticated bottle of chili oil I found in my car from yesterday's food pickup is rather underwhelming and has too many unnecessary ingredients. Who puts whole coriander seeds in??! ๐ฉ
