In the grand scheme of things, life experience, etc, yeah. 16 (or even 19) is still a child. But there's actually a huge difference in a teenager vs a single-digit child in terms of how they think and act. But I definitely shouldn't have lent my car to my 5 year-old nephew, I see that now...
