Like I said earlier, he's responsible for the safety of the fans at their shows who were suddenly at risk of harm from crazy MAGAs after Kyle endorsed killing Trump on stage. We can't just assume he was only thinking about his movie money. Maybe he was maybe he wasn't, maybe made the wrong call, doesn't make him a monster.
If it was that, he should have said it was that. Instead, he used the opportunity to chastise his bandmate for the comments he made and made it very clear he was distancing himself from Gass.
I agree, and I wish he had done things differently.
Saying that would just be throwing gasoline on the fire, be real.
