I fucking wish everyone that could do it for their job would threaten to resign over remote work, we'd have it overnight like it was 2020 again.

I did this years ago and now I'm the only remote worker on the team. Sometimes I feel bad, but as soon as they agreed to let me go fully remote I moved across the country. I guess I've been there long enough that it's too hard to replace me? Idk but I tried to get everyone else to refuse going back and no one else stuck with it like I did
