He said a state investigation into centres across Ukraine exposed abuses by officials ranging from illegal enrichment to transporting draft-eligible men across the border despite a wartime ban on them leaving the country.

Well, that challenges my perceptions.

Government corruption is fucking horrendous.
But then, people wanting to get out of a war is fine by me.
But also Ukraine needs to be defended.

The rest can go rot in hell. But that line, I'm torn on.

Anyway, wtf does my opinion matter.
Fuck corruption, at the very least!
