Of course this is DOA in the House or a veto, and it’s symbolic ass covering etc etc. What sticks out to me is the McConnell vote. He did not have to do that, but he did. Interesting.

hes craven, he plans for the long term, im guessing most republican toes the party line because people like mcconnel controlled the senate through his superpac.
