i don't know what it's called, but it's lazy; just use ice cream instead.
Clearly I'm insufficiently american since I haven't heard of either of these, but I don't want dairy in anything with carbonation. It viscerally disgusts me.
I'm the same for Ayran, I'm fine with regular Ayran but carbonated Ayran is disgusting.
they're definately acquired tastes and you're better off staying away.
