How do we choke Iraq though?

Is it bombs? I'm guessing the answer is bombs.

Given the year, they were probably calling for the sanctions that ended up killing over 500,000 children.

Cluster bombs, except instead of bomblets, it’s just garrotes flying everywhere. A weapon of peace.
