This one seems to be about any community on a local instance.

This one is the same issue I mentioned where it only applies to communities that you're not subscribed to. Funnily enough I commented on that issue and the bug reporter said they had the same issue, but the bug reporter from the first link said it's slightly different for them.

Either way, there's some funkiness with comments not showing up from a local instance.
