Didn't even realize you weren't the OP. I guess whoever crossposts is considered the OP on Lemmy unless you go to where it was originally posted.

Yup, it's kind of weird. Crossposts are considered their own posts, they're only recognized as crossposts by sharing a common link, either to a picture, article, or website.
