i will never understand why these companies go for such piddly insulting gifts, they could do free pizza fridays for the rest of eternity and they'd lose more money from a middle manager spending 5 minutes extra on the toilet once.

for the company equivalent of a paperclip and some pocket lint, they could genuinely make workers feel like unionizing is the worse value and actually want to go to work, yet for some reason they just.. don't do that..
