This will be the first of just a bunch of stunts. In the end immigration is going to INCREASE under Traitorapist Trump. They aren't going to actually find many people, but Trump will simply lie and make up some number because he's a narcissist who wants you to pay attention to him. Whatever additional illegal immigrants Trump might manage to round up over the current level, will be far less than the new immigrants that Trump and Musk is going to bring in to intentionally lower the wages of American workers.

Illegal immigration is only a bad thing because it lowers wages on American workers. So Trump's show events might help minimum wage workers in some small way, but no where near enough to make up for their tax rate increases that Project 2025 has in store for low income people. And for American workers who make above minimum wage, they are going to be hugely screwed by Trump on immigration because of the big increase in workers Trump and Musk are going to bring over to lower your wages. Why the fuck would I even trust billionaire politicians to make decisions on which immigrants are legal vs illegal? They are both going to lower your wages. The only difference in the two is that illegals are worse for low wage Americans and the new immigrants Trump is going to bring over will be worse for mid to high wage Americans.
