First week at the new job has gone alright. I haven't done much and that's fine by me.

This could be bearable long term as things pick up. One thing I'm thinking about is they want to move into ecommerce eventually, and I'm fine if that never actually happens.

But you know how sometimes a business wants to do something and the demand just isn't there? You're the one responsible but it feels like pushing shit uphill no matter what you do?

I think this place would be alright. There would probably be actual interest and I wouldn't get saddled with some project that just isn't working. It could be the big career break I've been looking for

I think it will be an alright regular job but it has the potential to make me look good. I feel like it's the sort of thing where It depends on how well some of the things they want to do would work out regardless of who was in the role. This could finally be right place, right time for me

Let 2025 be the year of good roles.

I'm hoping this is one of those things where I start by going, 'lets see how this goes' and next thing I know it's 10 years later
