I have two concepts of time.

Now and not now.

It's going to get me fired because my time estimates are always wildly off.

Same, if I can work on something uninterrupted then I can tell you how long it will take. If I'm going to be doing other things and going to meetings at the same time I may not even remember your thing exists in a day or two.
