on the list of things to do is to resize all our hexbear emojis so they look normal when federating.
It depends on the client you are using. Agreed, doesn’t look great through the browser looking at Lemmygrad’s view on the post. Memmy for iOS doesn’t handle the HB emojis very well either. On Hexbear they look fine: https://hexbear.net/post/283821
On Memmy they’re acceptable but a bit wonky by shoving their URL in

I noticed in Memmy, the animations are sped up about 2x though.
