Community Logo Requirements

Hey all, I created a logo for !womenshockey@reddthat.com and uploaded it, a few days later it was gone. So I did it again. And this morning it is gone again. I have looked via my home instance, Sopuli as well as a guest on reddthat.
The image is a ~~jpeg~~ png that is 498x498px and 17kb. I cannot imagine this is too large of a file.
Any idea what I am doing incorrect? I have used files of similar sizes for the other communities I mod without issues.
The cross instance could be an issue. However I also mod !pokemon@lemm.ee and the image I used there has stayed. I used almost the exact same image size there.
I did try signing up for an account here but my application was denied.
