I made it to the op shop again. It’s still a bit of a big walk for me though 🫠 I definitely pay for it over the next few days and my sore foot complains.

But at least I took the dented/disliked flavour cat food down to the community pantry. 12 cans. Those were meant to go to the shelter ages ago but someone else took them out of the bag and put them back in the cupboard when I wasn’t looking.

There’s an unopened pack of toothbrushes somewhere I won’t use. A scented bar of soap. A pack of pasta I bought but won’t eat. If my plants start producing a lot of veg I could maybe take the extra down there.

I wonder what the etiquette is on buying big multipacks of soap or tp and re-wrapping them individually (perhaps in wrapping paper) to share them out more equally. Is that sus or acceptable

What sort of thing would work for soap and tp?

(The items would be fresh and new. Normally I’d keep it in original wrapping but didn’t want one person to have to take it all. And leaving the pack open or the items bare seems unhygienic.)
