Spent a gift card at Coleโs for some butterflies leg lamb and coleslaw which will be my special treat over the Xmas holidays.
Super hot outside while I was out and rushed to quickly put the washing on to take advantage of this sun and heat.
Now I can rest and relax!! Woot!

Butterflied leg of lamb that was meant to be with mint and rosemary.
